athenawindsong for a Middle Eastern drumming (and bellydancing) workshop and hafla (concert/peforrmance) with Snakes Rising. At the workshop, I learned some patterns and the names of the patterns. Dinner was a nice little restaurant called House of Hunan. I also heard "Kashmir" on a banjo.
Sun 11/5: Slept in. Spent the afternoon with R and M.
