A lazy winter's night.....

I was hoping that I could meet with the men in my mens' group tonight. I had a couple of situations come up in the last couple of weeks that I wanted to bring up with the group, and hear the advice and opinions of other men. But due to the expected low turnout, the meeting was cancelled. Instead of a meeting, I had dinner with Gary, one of the men in the group. I mentioned the two situations to him, and he gave me some good advice to consider.
Once I got home, I went to the bedroom, changed into my sleep sweats, and turned on the hockey game. I totally forgot about Heroes. (The Rangers beat the Bruins, 6-1.
owlsforodin is probably unhappy with that score.) When it's this cold, I don't want to stay in the living room, which has an elevated ceiling.
I didn't accomplish what I thought I'd accomplish tonight -- working on the clutter in the upstairs loft. Ah well -- it could wait another day. But I can't keep putting it off like this if I'm to meet my long-term goal.
These are the nights I want to either stay in bed or sit by a nice warm fire. And cuddle up with someone special.
